AZ-Pack, UAB takes another step towards sustainability
Starting this year, AZ-Pack, UAB can enjoy another important step towards more sustainable operations – a solar power plant with a capacity of approximately 100 kW has already been installed and is operating on the building where the company operates.
This solution contributes to more efficient energy consumption and greater use of green energy in daily operations. The solar power plant allows the building to operate more sustainably, while also strengthening the overall responsible business direction that AZ-Pack, UAB adheres to.
The power plant uses components from reliable manufacturers – JA Solar modules and Sungrow inverters. These solutions ensure efficient, stable and reliable electricity production and long-term system operation.
The solar power plant is already in operation, so the building where AZ-Pack, UAB operates today actually contributes to more sustainable and efficient energy consumption. Such solutions are important not only from an environmental point of view, but also in order to create a more modern, advanced and responsible business environment.
AZ-Pack, UAB continues to pursue solutions that help strengthen operational efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and create a more sustainable future.

Progress for the year: more modern, sustainable and faster production
As we approach the end of the year, we look back on what has been one of the most significant periods for our company in recent years. Targeted investments in production technology, laboratory and quality processes have not only allowed us to significantly strengthen our operational efficiency, but also to broaden what we can offer to the market. Today, we can already see the clear result of these decisions: faster production, lower energy costs, more precise control and a wider range of products.
The upgraded production infrastructure has significantly increased production efficiency, saving energy costs and enabling full production from the recyclable structure. We have become much more flexible in responding to urgent or complex projects, with customers receiving high quality products in less time. This has directly strengthened our competitiveness and allows us to plan production capacity more efficiently.
In parallel, we have improved quality control, upgraded our testing laboratory equipment and extended its processes, which have strengthened the quality assurance chain throughout production. This has enabled us to achieve an even more stable and consistent result, especially when working with more complex packaging structures.
New production lines introduced this year have also brought major changes.
- Upgraded by Swiss manufacturer "Karville" Doy-pack production line.
- Purchased new "Karville" Production line for Doy-pack tap packs.
- Installed by an Italian manufacturer "Mobart" Vacuum bag production line.
- Adding new capacity "Karville" vacuum bag making equipment.
All of these facilities can produce from recyclable structuresthat is why today we can offer our customers sustainable solutions without compromising functionality or airtightness.
One of the year's most important results is a new product: Doy-pack with tap. It is a solution that offers exceptional convenience for liquid and semi-liquid producers: easy dispensing, high leak-tightness and a choice of recyclable structures make this product highly competitive on the market.
The sustainability strand has also brought significant benefits. The new generation of equipment consumes significantly less electricity, making our production processes more efficient and less polluting. This reduction in energy consumption directly contributes to a smaller CO₂ footprint for the company and allows customers to choose products that meet modern sustainability requirements.
In summary, this year has brought a major qualitative leap: we have increased production efficiency and speed, shortened lead times, strengthened our laboratory and quality control capabilities, introduced new process lines, launched a new product, switched to the production of fully recyclable structures, and significantly reduced our electricity consumption.
This is a solid basis for even faster growth in the coming years. We are moving forward with a clear sense of direction: modern, efficient and sustainable packaging production that creates real value for customers and the environment.
