THE UNIQUENESS OF BAG-IN-BOX PACKAGING:
It is a reliable, convenient and sustainable liquid packaging solution. Compared to other liquid food and non-food packaging, both empty and filled BAG-IN-BOX packaging takes up less space during transport or storage, saving logistics and storage costs.
USES OF PACKAGING:
Bag-In-Box packaging can be used for water, wine, juices and concentrates, vegetable purees and purees, sauces, tomato paste, dairy products such as milk, condensed milk, soft ice cream, cream, as well as mayonnaise, egg paste; edible oils; pastry creams; household chemicals; cosmetic products such as cream, shampoo, lotion, etc.

BAG-IN-BOX is based on a double pouch with an outer part made of a high-security and strong multilayer film. The inner pouch ensures a longer shelf-life of the product once opened. The pouches are available in clear or metallized.
BAG-IN-BOX may have an integrated stopcock or stopper in the middle or on the edge of the bag. The special film and the integrated stopcock prevent air from entering the inside of the filled bag.
For the convenience of consumers, the bag is usually placed in a corrugated cardboard box, resulting in a functional and practical package.
Our Bag in Box packaging is made of durable PA/EVOH/PE + PE film with up to 14 layers. The structure of the outer bag ensures maximum barrier resistance to external environmental influences and helps preserve the properties of the bottled products. The packages are suitable for hot filling up to 100°C.
Outer PA/EVOH/PE bag suitable for use up to 100°C, inner PE bag up to 100°C, HDPE tap up to 100°C, PP tap up to 120°C.
