"The AZ-Pack laboratory - a new step towards top quality!
We invest in cutting-edge technology to ensure the highest quality products. We are pleased to announce that AZ-Pack has set up its own in-house laboratory, which will allow us to assess even more accurately the tightness, mechanical properties and other key parameters of packaging. This will allow us to further enhance the safety, reliability and compliance with the highest standards.
Our laboratory capabilities:
⚙️ Packaging leak tester – for assessing the quality of packaging sealing and detecting possible leaks. This is essential to ensure product safety and long-term retention. The unit complies with international standards ASTM D3078 and ASTM F2096.
⚙️ The Automatic Tensile Tester is a high-precision device that analyses the mechanical properties of plastic films. It can determine tensile strength, elongation, tear strength, weld strength, film puncture resistance and more. Tests are carried out in accordance with international ISO, ASTM, JIS and GB standards.
⚙️ Hot sealer – used to set the optimum sealing parameters (temperature, time, pressure) for film sealing. This ensures perfect sealing of packages and compliance with ASTM F2029 and QB/T 2358 standards
⚙️ Friction and adhesion strength tester – for measuring the static and dynamic coefficient of friction of plastic films and the adhesive bond strength of laminated products. Testing is carried out in accordance with ISO 8295, ASTM D1894 and other international standards.
