AZ-Pack has implemented ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management systems

In 2021 April 8 AZ-Pack company implemented ISO 9001:2015 quality management and ISO 14001:2015 environmental management systems. The ISO quality management standard is based on 8 principles of quality management: customer orientation, leadership, employee involvement, process approach, systemic approach to management, continuous improvement, fact-based decision making, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.

The introduction of ISO was a strategic step aimed at improving the quality of production and company services, strengthening the company’s position and stability in domestic and international markets, carrying out market development by increasing customer satisfaction with the services provided by the company and in order to ensure the harmonious work of the entire company, guarantee the transparency and clarity of the processes taking place in the company .

After implementing this certificate, the company has undertaken to strive for quality and customer satisfaction and ensures that the products it produces effectively meet the requirements of customers and the law. In European business practice, such companies are considered reliable partners who do not only seek short-term profit, but focus on long-term plans and quality.
